Terms & Conditions
Effective: January 2025
1. Booking & Reservation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid booking reference. LSG Hotel reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings after 24 hours without payment.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
4. Payment
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Room Usage
Rooms are for the exclusive use of registered guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM. LSG Hotel reserves the right to request additional payment for undisclosed guests.
6. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. LSG Hotel is not liable for loss of personal property. We recommend guests use the in-room safe for valuables.
7. Pool, Gym & Facilities
Use of hotel facilities (pool, gym, lounge) is subject to availability and individual facility rules. LSG Hotel reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance without prior notice.
8. Events & External Bookings
Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit. Minimum spends apply for certain club and lounge reservations. Failure to meet minimum spends does not entitle a refund of any deposit.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oyo State.
